Meet the Pastor
Pastor Wade McLamb and his wife Wendi have been with Lisbon Baptist Church since January of 2007. They have been blessed with 5 children: Landri (4), Grace (11), Wade III (15), Tori (22), and Jessica (26). Jessica and her husband, Chris are youth leaders at Lisbon Baptist Church, and they are the proud parents of McKenlie Sarah Cocker (2). Also, the family welcomes Tracy Priest as their new son-in-law; Tori and Tracy were married in February of 2011.
Pastor Wade counts it a privilege to preach the gospel and loves the members of Lisbon Baptist and the Lisbon Community. He loves to hunt and fish with all of his big family in his spare time. He especially loves to fellowship with the brethren when he has the opportunity (especially fish-frying').
Wade has followed God's leading in having an "Old Fashioned Tent Revival", where numerous souls have come to know the Lord Jesus as Savior in the revival, held in April every year. Wade is heading up a visionary team as they seek to build a family life center to go forward in the vision that God has given for Lisbon. Everyone is very excited to be involved in such a wonderful vision and are praying for many souls to be saved.
